Every wedding is timed differently, so this is the shape rather than a script. We build the actual plan around your running order.
Booking
Book Early, Confirm Later
Send us your date, the venue, and a rough number of children. That is enough for us to hold the date and give you a figure. The exact headcount and ages can come later, once your guests have replied.
Spring and autumn weekends go early, so it is worth asking well before your guest list is final.
A room with a door, close enough that parents can look in, far enough that the music is not overwhelming. If you are unsure, tell us where you are marrying and we will talk to the venue.
If families are staying at a hotel nearby, sitters can carry on there after the reception. Worth asking about at the same time.
Activities brought and cleared away. Sign-in and sign-out. Payroll, taxes, insurance, and screening stay with the agency, so your venue carries none of it.
