How We Screen and Train Every Caregiver
Background checks, interviews, reference checks, and training all finish before a caregiver appears on your shortlist. Because they are our employees, the training continues after that.
The process
Four Steps, in This Order
Every caregiver completes all four. There is no shorter route for a caregiver who comes recommended, and no step is skipped because a family is in a hurry.
Why it is built this way
Screening Is Ours to Carry
Most agencies in these towns introduce a caregiver and hand the checking to the family. That is a lot to ask of someone hiring their first nanny.
A caregiver reaches your shortlist only after every step above has cleared.
We call people who have watched this caregiver work with children, and we ask what a written reference leaves out.
Any role involving school runs or activities includes a driving history check.
Because caregivers stay our employees, we keep training them once they are with your family.
What it means for you
We Know Our Caregivers
By the time you meet someone, the questions you would have had to ask have already been answered.
We have interviewed them, trained them, and stayed in touch with the families they work with, so when we suggest someone for your household it is based on more than a resume.
