Information you give us
When you send an enquiry or an application through this site, you provide the details the form asks for, such as your name, email address, phone number, town, and the care or work you are looking for. We use that information to respond to you and to arrange the service you asked about.
Where your details go
Family and employer enquiries are entered into EngineHire, the system our offices use to manage bookings and clients. Caregiver applications are entered into Paradox, the system our offices use for hiring. Each of these providers processes your details on our behalf and under its own privacy policy: EngineHire and Paradox.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it: pages visited, time on the site, and general location at the city or region level. This data is aggregated and does not identify you. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies to tell returning visitors from new ones. We do not use cookies for advertising or for tracking you across other websites.
Embedded services
The contact page shows a Google Maps embed for our Westport office, and the enquiry and application forms are embedded from the providers named above. Those services may set their own cookies when they load. Their privacy policies apply to what they collect.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your details are shared only with the providers named above, and only to deliver the service you asked for.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact page or email westportct@jovie.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
