For families
Special Needs Childcare and Sitters
Tell us what your child needs and we match caregivers on that, rather than on who happens to be available. Every caregiver is screened, trained, and on our payroll.
How matching works
We Start With Your Child
Families come to us after being offered caregivers who were technically available and not much more. So we begin somewhere else: with a proper conversation about your child.
Routines, communication, sensory preferences, and the things that make a hard moment easier.
We tell you what someone has done before rather than describing them as generally capable. If nobody on our team is the right fit, we say so.
At home, on school runs, at activities, or a combination, on whatever schedule works.
The same caregiver week to week wherever possible, because a familiar person is most of the value.

What We Will Not Do
We will not describe a caregiver as trained in something they have not been trained in.
If a role needs a specific qualification or clinical experience, tell us, and we will be straight about whether we can cover it. The caregiver stays our employee throughout, so payroll, taxes, insurance, and background checks stay with us. You arrange the hours and we handle the rest.
