How it works
What happens from the first message to a caregiver starting.
You tell us the hours you need covered, the ages of your children, and anything a caregiver should know about your household. We run the search and bring you caregivers who have already cleared interviews, references, background checks, and training. You meet them, you choose, and care starts. For a nanny, you hire the person you pick. For sitters, backup childcare, and event care, the caregiver works as our employee.
Yes, in nearly every nanny placement we make, and it is the arrangement most families here prefer. We write the role with you, advertise it, screen every candidate, and train them, then you hire the nanny you choose and she works for your household. A family who wants us to hold the employment instead, so payroll, taxes, and insurance sit with us, can ask for that, and a few do. It carries a significantly higher hourly rate. Sitters, backup childcare, and event caregivers are always our employees.
For sitters, backup childcare, and event care we stay the point of contact: scheduling, added hours, and any change you need go through us, and the caregiver stays on our payroll. For a nanny you have hired, we stay available for the next search whenever your household needs one.

Caregivers
Who they are and how they are checked.
Every applicant is interviewed, then we speak to their references, then background checks run, and training finishes before a caregiver appears on your shortlist. Interviews happen in person or by video depending on where you and the caregiver are.
Yes. Tell us what your child needs and we match caregivers on that rather than on general availability. We will be straight with you about what a caregiver has actually done before.
Part 3
Booking and cost
Timing, single bookings, and what care costs.
A nanny is the premium childcare option and the most expensive one, because it is a single caregiver giving your children undivided attention in your own home on your own schedule. Rates depend on the hours, the number of children, and whether the role is full-time, part-time, or occasional. Tell us what you need and we will give you the figure for that arrangement. There is no charge for asking.
A sitter or backup care can be arranged quickly, because those caregivers are screened, trained, and on our team already. A nanny search is different: we advertise and recruit for your household rather than booking someone from a pool, so plan on four to six weeks.
Yes. Alongside full-time and part-time placements we cover single evenings, weekends, school holidays, and one-off days.
