How it works
What happens from the first message to a caregiver starting.
You tell us the hours you need covered, the ages of your children, and anything a caregiver should know about your household. We bring you caregivers who have already cleared background checks, references, and training. You meet them, you choose, and care starts. The caregiver stays our employee throughout, so payroll, taxes, and insurance stay with us.
No. Every caregiver is our employee, so payroll, taxes, insurance, and background checks all stay on our side. For a full-time nanny we recruit and hire specifically for your role rather than moving someone off another family, and that nanny joins our payroll for your placement.
We stay the point of contact. Scheduling, added hours, and any change you need go through us, and the caregiver stays on our payroll for as long as you need care.

Caregivers
Who they are and how they are checked.
Background checks, interviews, reference checks, and training all finish before a caregiver appears on your shortlist. Interviews happen in person or by video depending on where you and the caregiver are. Because they are our employees, we keep training them after placement too.
Yes. Tell us what your child needs and we match caregivers on that rather than on general availability. We will be straight with you about what a caregiver has actually done before.

Booking and cost
Timing, single bookings, and what care costs.
Rates depend on the hours, the number of children, and whether the role is full-time, part-time, or occasional. Tell us what you need and we will give you the figure for that arrangement. There is no charge for asking.
Caregivers are screened and trained long before you meet them, so matching moves quickly. A full-time nanny role is recruited for specifically, which takes longer than booking a sitter. Tell us your timing and we will tell you what is possible.
Yes. Alongside full-time and part-time placements we cover single evenings, weekends, school holidays, and one-off days.
